At Studio 507, we understand that life happens and plans change! To keep classes running smoothly and ensure everyone has the opportunity to attend, we ask that all clients review and follow our cancellation policy.
 

Client Cancellations

• 12+ Hours Before Class: Cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled class to receive your class credit back with no penalty.

• Late Cancellation (Less Than 12 Hours): Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class will result in an $8 late cancellation fee, and the class credit will be forfeited.

• No-Shows: Clients who do not attend their scheduled class without canceling will be charged a $10 no-show fee, and the class credit will be forfeited.
   

These policies apply to all class bookings, including memberships, class packs, and drop-in purchases.
 

Studio-Initiated Cancellations

Studio 507 reserves the right to cancel or modify scheduled classes for the following reasons:

• Low Enrollment: Classes with fewer than 3 registered participants at the 2-hour mark before class may be canceled.

• Inclement Weather: We live in Minnesota, and we know Mother Nature likes to keep us on our toes! Classes may be canceled due to severe weather, unsafe road conditions, or other weather-related safety concerns.

• Unforeseen Circumstances: Classes may also be canceled due to instructor illness, emergencies, facility issues, or other unexpected circumstances.
   

If Studio 507 cancels a class, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible, and their class credit will be returned or their drop-in purchase refunded. No cancellation fees will apply to studio-initiated cancellations.
